With a background in geography, environmental science, sociology, and visual arts, Phalkey creates narratives that resonate with audiences worldwide and communicates the complexities of the climate crisis through multi-disciplinary reflections. Phalkey's research in the socio-ecology of the Indian Sunderban and her recent exhibition in Bilbao, “Siku Series", explore the perspectives of indigenous communities on the climate crisis.
