Marco De Mutiis
Marco De Mutiis graduated from the MFA program in the School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong where he commenced his artistic practice with different digital and analog media, while exploring the relations between the virtual and physical world. He re-engineers old sewing machines, split flap displays and other mechanical devices to create kinetic installations that raise issues of perception and communication. His works have been shown locally and internationally in galleries and art events including FILE-Electronic Language International Festival and ISEA-International Symposium on Electronic Art.
